I started hearing this song on one of my Pandora channels from time to time and decided I wanted to be able to listen to it, and more of Paul Desmond’s music, whenever I wanted. For some reason I could only find the track on a super expensive discontinued record of his, and then suddenly his Greatest Hits album popped up out of nowhere. I’m sure it’s due to a mild mental retardation on my part that I had missed it previously.

I’m also sporting this new HTML audio player, instead of the old Flash one. While I like the effect of the old one better, it doesn’t work on iDevices, which always annoys me when I’m looking at my own site. Speaking of looking at my own site, I spent a good amount of time last night digging into the archive. Man, there’s a lot of good shit on here! This dude and I share a lot of similar interests.
Oh, now that I’m employed again I decided I could afford the $.89 for that track I wanted back in the day. I stumbled on it last night.
