I’m BAAAAACK


Day One of training.  AND…it’s a rest day.  I love starting training this way!  Mondays and Fridays will be rest days during my 5k training, depending on my schedule.  I am planning to hit the gym today, regardless, for some elliptical to keep the old legs pumping.  Tomorrow will start the running portion of training.  I am also determined to lose 5 lbs. by my first race on March 19th.  I think I can do it.  Especially since for some reason I am totally off food at the moment (except the oatmeal choc chip cookies I made this weekend).  I have some sinus issue that is making food taste blah and making my tummy woozy.  I am determined to not get sick.  So that’s that.

Here’s hoping for another exciting running season…
